MyDeliv has two distinct business models:
Direct model: This is focused on small and medium-sized businesses that require last-mile logistics services or city delivery logistics (food delivery, small parcels, groceries, etc.). This model involves the purchase of delivery packages tailored to specific volumes, categorized into three sizes as identified by us:
The customer who decides to purchase the ‘delivery services’ will be able to take advantage of the platform’s features to manage and monitor aspects such as delivery progress, track delivery times, geolocate customers and drivers, generate reports, optimize route strategies and delivery times, and so on.
The three packages will be available for purchase directly on our ecommerce platform, mydeliv.shop.
The second, indirect model is focused on stakeholders in the logistics market who need to use the platform for the governance of the operational delivery flow and its monitoring.
The service will be offered for sale using the platform in SaaS mode (Software as a Service) to clients who require a high-performance software solution to support them in managing logistics processes but are not organized to directly manage servers and specific software.
This service will also be divided into three types (sizes) as follows:

The pricing for these packages allows the use of platform features based on the delivery volume, starting from basic functionalities for the Bronze solution up to full features for the Gold solution.
Additionally, access to product documentation and technical support based on a Service Level Agreement (SLA) is provided. Additional costs may apply for making customized changes to the source code.
How does the SaaS service work?
SaaS services reduce initial investment costs by eliminating the need to purchase permanent software licenses or invest in on-premise IT infrastructure, as is the case with traditional software.
Examples of SaaS include enterprise application service providers that offer software for human resource management, e-commerce management systems, customer relationship management tools, and integrated development environments (IDEs).
The intrinsic nature of the SaaS service allows us to easily deliver new features to our customers.
